Just a heads up.

There is this one auction that has been going on for about a
week now, and I have been keeping my eye on it since it
started. Its for the hardware processor in a Kyma system, a
processor that normally goes for $3500 american. It hasn't
gone up once in about 3 days, and its sitting at $305!!! I
would be in a bidding war right now if I had the money, but
I don't, so my dream audio processing suite is not going to
be mine for almost no money. Here is the link.

If anybody has a few extra hundred kicking around, I would
definately suggest looking into this. The possibilities for
this system are insane. And the possibility of getting it
for under $400 shouldn't be passed up.

under 400? You know it's going to reach a couple thousand
within the last few minutes, right?

Well, I figured as much, but if anybody figures it might be
worth the effort, I thought I might give them a heads up.

I'd love one if I could afford it :)

This idiot doesn't know his hole from an ass in the ground
and the unit could be broken or missing essential parts. He
plugged it in and a light came on. Thank you for inspecting
my space rocket, space boy.

Fuck... sold for $305. If I had known only one person was
watching it I would have bid. If it was missing parts, I
could have ordered them.

not that you guys necessarily care, but:
"be sure to see what else I picked up at "estate sales"
;)."

Hmmm. Maybe. I have kind of been obsessed with this system
for a while. Its probly better that I wimped out at three
hundred.

Was that really a Kyma X? Is that the new version? Damn,
what a deal. It would be worth the risk.

Yeah, the latest capybara is the 320. The OS is another
$150, but a basic kyma setup for under $500us. I even have a
parts computer that would run it...

Kyma X

Not close to being as much of a savings, but still a good
deal, looking at all the stuff it comes with.
