boomkat

For instance, expect to hear four separate drummers trying
to keep up with Aphex Twin’s ever-complex percussion,
while treated voices, all manner of strings, woodwinds,
brass instruments and even a Mouth Harp (!!!) work to
re-create some of the most progressive music any of us have
heard over the last decade in an entirely new yet strangely
cohesive manner.

hmm. i dont think reworkings are nescessarily progressive.

Interesting idea but its actually not that well executed!!!
note mt st michaels

this is just my opinion but it seems contrived

how about some lone dissent? i like it, don't care if it's
contrived or unimaginitively done, i enjoy the compositions
and i enjoy the timbres employed.

bad plus has a track called "big eater" that's unbelievably
great i think. it wasn't written by rdj.
