the beatles are overrated and extremely outdated. i don't
like them at all.

I really love "I want you (She's so heavy)", but it's really
just Lennon listening to Bob Dylan's "I want you" on Blonde
on Blonde and wanted to jam on it's chorus :) But what
an incredible jam indeed!

beatles... yeah. they're good, yes. still quite
influential on a lot of present day artists. if not for
their music, at least for their impact on what would be
popular music back in the days. idk, i'm just sayin...

George Harrison invented punk rock on "Paperback Writer."

The Beatles will always be my favorite group, even though
it's no longer hip for me to say so (if it ever was). Don't
listen to the haters, good music doesn't age and will always
have an audience and people that understand, the cream
somehow found a way to rise to the top and it shall remain
there forevermore.

the beatles are probably my favourite group as well
[audioscrobbler will vouch for me on that one :P]

can still listen to an album and hear something new. it's
the tracks that rarely get heard that among my favourites,
such as 'the inner light', 'old brown shoe' and 'blue jay
way' (admittedly they are all harrison songs!).

Blue Jay Way is fantastic, I really don't know why
it's so rarely mentioned.

It's mortifying but The Inner Light is one of the few
Beatles songs that have failed to grow on me but I
definitely respect the craft, nicely penned tune and
beautifully recorded. Honey Pie, What Goes On and For You
Blue were the main ''more grower than shower'' songs, for
me. Honey Pie is like the best song ever.

Yeah that's a great track, dunno why a lot of squares hate
it... very unique soundscape with the phasey drums and those
detached cellos.

looking salonn-plastic-cute?

with electrical instruments

abbey road is by far one of the best albums ever made.

the beatles were kick ass.. especially after they started
taking drugs. before that, when they were all boybandish,
their songs were alright but cheesy, imo. after the drugs
and indian culture came on the scene, the true artistry came
out.

really great music.
