Kay... I just bought this on bleep. Quite good. All the sounds used were recorded from various things, like chicken hatcheries, farms, supermarkets and other food related things. There is a website detailing all the different things going into this album, and a bit of an essay about it. Anyways, I would suggest listening to it. Its neat. It totally puts matmoses sample braggings to shame.

i find it kinda boring..eventhough i normally like his stuff. i only gave it one listen so fat though..just not depressing enough for my likings atm.

Actually, the thing that inspired me to post a message about this album, was your post a couple months back about the discussion your friends were having about electronic music never having any ideologies. As far as I am concerned, this album is a complete testament to the fact that that belief is wrong, any way you look at it.
As well as being an example of innovative sampling, and nonrepetetive compositional techniques, it has a message (even tho I don't really believe in the message that its trying to convey, I still think more projects like this are necessary)

oh definitely..herbert is surely one of the people where the ideology behind what they do is realy strong. and he's been doing that sampling thing since ever i think..
