what i did was copy someone's pic... opened it up in photoshop... copied the size demensions... choose rbg... and save as a gif... for some reason... i don't know why... it didn't work when i saved it as a jpg, but it did as gif.

it doesn't work as jpg because of the file size. for some reason small pics take less space in gif than in jpeg.
just go to photoshop image menu the image size or rezise or something and type 60 in width and 80 in height, and uncheck the preserve aspect ratio.
