i saw this guy play in a cloakroom in glasgow. he does
lightning bolt covers by playing the drums with midi
triggers.

its crazy. the guy is an amazin drummer, and the tracks are
great too.

Cool, so I guess the track is preprogrammed and the snare
just triggers each hit in sequence. Pretty unique way to
play a track, i'd like to stagger into a side room in a club

he had it synched to a laptop, i dont know what program it
was, but it was a mass of little lines and complicated
looking modulators.

pretty small, yeah. there was no proper lights or decent PA
as well.
i think it was a last minute type thing. i'd only heard
about it on the day of the performance.
