have you heard of these guys? i think they're on a show
called "sesame street." they have a song called "rub your
tummy" that's really catchy and fun. it's like a dance you
do with only your arms. the wife insists they're called
"bert and ernie," but that just doesn't sound right.

what do you think? "ernie and bert" or "bert and ernie"?

maybe this could be the next poll...

I used to have their record as a kid. The one with the
rubber ducky song. And the song about feelings.

have we ever heard of bert and ernie?!

bert and ernie were the classic gay couple of my early
childhood. bert is such a totally anal retentive dominant
top, while ernie is obviously a submissive little bottom
with a sweet heart.

fucking sesame street

I think "Ernie and Bert" sounds better. Better rhythm, and
eliminates the potential lazy "Bertnernie" pronunciation.

And collected bottle caps, I mean come on, that is so gay.

bert & ernie, classic but fundamentally wrong:
two guys living together wearing nothing but rainbow-colored
sweaters

so paul haenen, bert, defined freedom, on 'freedom-day'
(used to be 'liberation-day'), as bert and ernie living
together without him being hassled with questions wether
they're brothers, friends, or lovers
