my ipod's totally broken. i cant even connect it to my
computer. at first it wouldnt play any mp3s anymore, now
it's totally dead. the fun lasted for 6 months ...... it
would be cool if technical products would last.
in a way apple products are shit, but they look so cool!

my 40gb beast lated a whole year before cruelly ruining my
life by breaking with all my cd's, mp3's and vinyl rips on
it.
some of which i had deleted the original source.

i think you can send them back and stuff, but they really
should make them more durable. i've still got cassette
players from the 80's that work like a dream.

i've got a normal mp3 player as well. Normal products are
quite high quality, 100% durable so they say, and i've never
had a problem with any normal products i've purchased.

yeah, i'll send it back. however, next time probably i wont
go for an apple product. paying 330 euros for 6 months is
not very satisfying.

way.

he probably means normal as opposed to abnormal. which is
just what apple is. seeing as they don't run windows on
their computers! crazy bastards.

this is fucked though. i expected these ipod things to be
top of the line superior quality stuff. i've always wondered
if it is worth the extra cash compared to let's say sony or
creative mp3 players.

"i think this is a rare case.. anyway i have a normal mp3

nice to see you getting on with your english! this is a very
nice sentence. 'rare case' very nice, and 'perfectly' is a
tough one! great!

(no sarcasm!)

apple rule. If you dont make backups then whos fault is
that? I have tonnes of apple stuff and it all works
perfectly. Maybe im just lucky. I still think they're great.
What pisses me off is that the apple store in birmingham
employs dixons-esque workers despite their supposed
higher-than-thou status.

Let's not forget Apple sold more than a million iPods, so
it's pretty normal some of them get broken. As long as they
repair it there is nothing really to worry about.
