i'm the same as you, except I still like to watch the
informative channels such as discovery (when its not the
cocksnot motorcycle shows), animal planet, history channel
etc.

I haven't watched anything but those channels in... I'd say
a year and a half.

it wouldn't be the land of the free otherwise. we have to
allow all the aspects of freedom, especially the ones that
result in the raping of small children. It's the American
way.

i was happy with the verdict as I didn't believe MJ actually
did anything, still I don't belive MJ should be allowed near
anymore children by himself to prevent this situaton ever
happening again. He really is wacky but that is no reason to
prejudice against him, afterall he never had a childhood.

people leave the poor man alone now?

hes not a peadophile but its funny how many people want him
to be. its not even like it wasnt unanimous; he was not
guilty on all counts. that arviso lad is a blatent little
tearaway and his mum is a benefits whore.

funny how mcauley calkin etc. never had any issues with him?

I don't watch t.v. , it's a cliche but it really can
brainwash you, if a programmes really worth seeing it'll
find you eventually on dvd.

as far as Jackson goes don't care if he's innocent or
guilty, I just don't like him and his lameass shallow music.

I watched that documentary about MJ's face and it gave me
the creeps. His nose is on the verge of caving in.

As for being a paedophile. I don't think so. He doesn't seem
to realise what he's done is wrong. After all he does claim
to be peter pan. He thinks he's just a kid like them. It's
not mollestation but weird platonic love.

"hes not a peadophile but its funny how many people want him
to be."

it's funny (actually it's just sad) how many people would
refuse to believe he was a paedophile, even when presented
with irrefutable evidence, just because they like his music.
I know because I talked to one such person not even 3 days
ago.

in other words, the logic you used there is a sword that
cuts both ways.

aye, reiteration is flattery... or so I'm told. :S

Yes, he was placed in the spotlight far too young and his
father was abusive. You have to pity him and his
eccentricities really and the thought of him enduring a jail
sentence? in a sex-offender wing? somehow not.

no, but that's not the point. every fan's defense is "oh
comeon, he made thriller (or insert any song/album title),
he can't be a paedo"

i think it's pretty common for people to be motivated to
defend people they admire (especially when there is no
irrefutable evidence proving them guilty). incidentally, i
never heard anyone argue "he is innocent , and must be,
because he made "thriller,"" though i've heard people say a
lot of stupid things.

i think exaph's point, however, is to wonder why so many
people who otherwise have little or no interest in michael
jackson would desire to see him convicted of paedophilia.
in the absence of evidence, people really seemed to relish
the possibility that he would be found guilty. and some
seem tremendously unwilling to accept that he was apparently
innocent.

I believe MJ is wierd enough to want to sleep w/ kids and
not fuck them. If that makes any sense. Anyone ever see him
do the "ho, ho, ho green giant" bit? cookoo. He's probably a
eunuch, anyway. He does sound like a castrati.

I guess you're lucky enough not to have met anyone like

meet more deuschbags on average than you. :D

for the record; i dont give a shit about mj, i don even own
a record. but at the end of the day he's innocent. everyone
has the right to a fair trial, this probably wasnt even that
for mj given the unique circumstances.

i think the way the media portray it gives an unfair bias;
like as if just because this arviso kid had cancer he is
automatically a little angel. he was just a normal young lad
- what were you like at 12? if you could get porn and
alcohol your telling me you wouldnt push for it? bollocks.

if theres no substantial evidence against jacko, given the
ammount of scrutiny he's under then i say fucking well fair
enough. and to be honest it fucking irritates me that all
these people draw their simple, jump-on-the-bandwagon,
conclusions without looking at all the fucking details.
