Does anyone use Native Instrument's "Vokator" software? I've just got into it recently and the audio editing possibilities are endless. It's really changed the way I create sounds. It came out at around the same time as Reaktor4, so I guess a lot of its thunder was stolen.

i have heard good things about it and i would like to try it sometime in the future, but to be honest, I really suck at exporing new software etc, so it wont happen untill one of those days when I feel totally dead and uninspired and just sit down and do wacky stuff that I usually dont just to find some kind of hope or so, Im not sure what im talking about but lately ive been having troubles with my creative energy, it comes and goes and I cant really take it or accept it.
I think I saw a article about the best vocoders once, If i remember right the vokator got a pretty good grade, time to dig up old studio magazines!

I know exactly what you mean! Sometimes I'll completely run out of ideas and lack any motivation, and other times they'll be a period of where I'll spew out tonnes of stuff and the entire thing really excites me. There is nothing you can do except wait and hope I suppose.
I also know what you mean about working out software. I've had vokator for a year and I only started bothering to explore it in the last week or so.
