05:05:05? in the morning?

it's a crazy time to be awake... if you're having a night
party or something, fine for you! ^^ if you're insomniac or
if you have to wake up that early for work, you get my
compassion. (or if it's just your sleeping cycle which is
independant from society's usual habits, then well...
*shrugs*)

either way i'm feeling like a zombie when i'm awake at that
hour.

isn't 5pm really 17:00? the real 05:05 was this am...

getting up early also works, if you can handle it :) there's
something special about staying up all night and watching
the sun come up with a cup of coffee.

on topic: my mommy texted me about this phenomena earlier
today.

yesterday i woke up at 6am to take a train for university
(which i missed by the way)... i felt like shit, really
tired, with a headache, because of the lack of sleep during
all the morning and even a bit of the afternoon : |
i really can't handle it.

today i woke up at 11:30am, felt a bit bad also but i don't
know if it was because i still had some lack of sleep from
yesterday, because i had too much sleep, or because
of the difference between the waking up times though...

that sounds confusing. my advice: try to get a regular
intake of vitamins and nutrients, don't sleep for more than
8 hours at a time and try to get a regular sleeping pattern
going :)

my sleeping and eating habits are quite irregular and could
be improved indeed... (i have different waking up times
every day due to my uni schedule, and i'm vegetarian -except
for seafood from time to time- but don't really check the
nutritional value of what i eat, i just care about not
eating too much fat...)

thanks for the tips! : )

good night..
