about the Analord CD(s) that better get released. It had
all 1-11 strategically placed on individual CD's along with
a few extra badass tracks. It was a CD/DVD in my dream but I
know that isn't happening.

if it does happen... i will forever hate afx and rephlex.
IT would really be taking us buyers for dickheads imo.

I don't really think so, some people collect vinyls, and
some collect cds. Ofcourse I would say a vinyl is more of a
collectors item and has more value than a cd, so the people
buying the analord series right now aren't getting taken for
'dickheads'.

i think what chihiro meant was that rephlex said there won't
be a cd release or else he (and many more) would wait for
the cd instead of getting the vinyls..which is a good point
i think :)

well... an analord vinyl costs aroun 12 euro....
so 11 of 'em + the binder = do the math...

But the cd would be a regular 20 to 30 euro i guess.
So that's what i meant by taki8ng us for dickheads. :)

wasn't making the binder + Analord10 vinyl with just two
tracks $40 already well abusive?

other abusive behaviour: releasing a "limited edition"
version after the normal version (and which sometimes
isn't even more expensive). -_-

there was also the case of "Magical Power From Mars" by Acid
Mothers Temple... i don't know whether the band or the label
was guilty, but they first issued three volumes of it, one
single track on each cd (and each cd with the exact same
packaging!), on limited edition for $11 per volume...

then, later, another cd containing all tracks in the
series, with another packaging - for $15.

talk about a rip-off!
