No way. Listen to the breakdown @ about 5:00 and the
beginning of Hip Hop Be-bop by Man Parrish. The lifted the
claps and cowbells, or atleast mimiced them, from that.

There might be Cybotron samples too, but I've failed to
recognize them.

[update] it seems we were both right. I dug out my Cybotron
LP, and found that the synth-arpeggio is from Clear.
