It sounds like a Korg PolySix pad, cause I did a similar one
on mine some time ago. But it could be any synth, actually.

I thought it was a vocoder or voice put through a nord
modular...short answer: no idea.

Unrelated but I was just listening to Bwoon Dub and I
realised how much I love the way afx has these very slow
downward pitch bends on the synths as if they are sinking
into an abyss.
