I was on the Warp messageboard today and some guy was saying stuff about a new BOC album, here's what he said: "So the new album's out in August 2001 - finally! WARP93/cd & 2 x 12" boards of canada: endless trains of parallel thought: 1. babbling brook under susie 2. finger napping 3. one and only (cover of chesney hawkes) 4. jester with shepherd's pie 5. kaledo bay 6. ochre 7. secret squirrel box 8. snap, crackle and pop 9. aurora borealis 10.stick skipper 11.lowshore 12.right in the eye 13.take it from here 14.magpie 15.why don't you 16.sally at the harbour 17.mildon dew have to wonder whether this is some kind of hoax though... maybe magpie, why don't you and snap, crackle & pop sample the adverts to evoke childhood? I might be very gullible." He says he got all the info about this from Warp. Does anyone know anything more about this? Thanks -Aron |

Its true. Ive heard a few tracks off the album from their live set @ All Tommorows Parties. Its wonderful really. More of those 70's children's documentries musical arrangements and chopped vocals for nutritional value. Cant wait, really. |

Cool! I got ABPOITC the other day from Warpmart (despite the almost silly amount of packaging it stipp got cracked!) and love it! I can't believe they've got 'ochre' as a song title. Bloody typical - a band by whom I'm influenced titles a track by the same name as my outfit. Now I'll be seen as a crap BoC tribute act. Can't wait to hear it all the same, though! Chris. |

the boc are the best thing since sliced feckin bread there whole sound is amazing when is the next all tomorrows parties i need to see these guys and meet uo with like minded people some body please assur me that thre is more of us out there and that me and the misses are not alone on this one |
