Listened to it last night for the first time in a while...
very loud... and it's awesome... makes me think of Orbital,
especially the beginning of Windwind, which sounds exactly
like Halcyon...

I'm always waiting for a new Incunabula from ae, but they
never come through. I agree, it is awesome. The first analog
burst at the beginning of Introl Kalpol was used as a
trailer on radio here. I almost fainted from the chills down
my spine.

I like it, but I sure hope and doubt they will go back to
that style. Surely you can appreciate where they've evolved
to?

as an album overall, I prefer Incunabula to the others.. too
bad they trailed so far away from this with their later
work.

Oh yeah, I love where their music is now, but this is still
an awesome album... it really shows how much melodic sense
they have...

Funkmaster, do you never listen Amber?
If you like Incunabula you'll love Amber.
My fav Incunabula's track is number 11 (444), it's wonderful
and it has the same Amber style.

Amber is beautiful too. Piezo is one of my absolute faves.

i think it would be bad if autechre would make the same kind
of music like in incunabula. they made new stuff and i think
they are better. i love incunabula of course, but i would
never say an artist should make the same kind of music
again. i need new stuff.

Incunabula produces some nostalgic vibes, but i'm still more
impressed as their newer works are distributed.

eggshell is so nice!

the album is excellent. however, it's my second least
favorite ae release, right after the basscadet ep.

i think ae should release similar material like incunabula
under a new pseudonym. wouldnt it be great?

maybe so...

if i remember correctly, i think they once mentioned in an
interview that they made music under a couple of pseudonyms
that no one knows about... anybody knows anything?

i ment to play lowride for my chemcom class (it's like the
room where they keep all the bad kids plus chemicals) cause
it's the only track i think the ghettos would apreciate. and
kalpol intro is really awesome if you have a really short
delay on it. i used it in my mockumentary, and i love it
when it comes on in (one of the best movie's ever, in my
opinion)
