i was looking at this place earlier today as it is featured in a toronto festival "Winterlicious" where fancy-pants restaurants have special 'fixed price' menu options for the common folk to experience exquisite cuisine anyhoo, the colour scheme, textures and lines/shapes/forms whatever you visual artists call the general structual characteristics displayed in this picture reminded me immediately of autechre: |

i wouldnt normally reply to a thread like this, but a connection between food and autechre is something i have actually thought about in the past. the answer is rice and spicy sauce. amber/chiastic slide/cichlisuite - they are more like, miso soup. the kind they make from soybeans. Ep7 is vietnamese pho. |

confield is VERY rice. plain rice with no sauce. draft 7.30 is full of sauces and seasonings. i think there is some lamb meat in there. there are some rice tracks on draft though. yeah i can't believe i am posting this. |
