I have a terrible headache today... and I wonder

what is good music and bad music for headaches?

if find confield really good for my brain... it relaxes
me... but is it causingmy headache grow?

is ambient really the best in this cases?

good music for headache is ... the sound of warm shower.
try imitating it with noise generatorrrz.

maybe SAW 1 und 2, most mild tracks like Rhubarb, Lichen...

I believe headache is not caused by music at all.

How about NO music at all when you've got a headache, works
for me but yeah very chilled ambient is normally the best
bet if you cannot do without.
I find that bright lights and VDU screens are normally the
things that give me a headache rather than music and sound.
