I am feeling very stiff when I wake up, sometimes
lightheaded. It usually lasts for about 4 hours after I
initially wake up.

Can anyone reccomend any sort of morning exercises, drinks,
nourishment that helps you start your day.

Don't say coffee because I'm already on my third cup.

Theres also a slight pain in my stomach, as if its being

I usually do inclined press ups (feet on bed, hands on
floor)- they're harder than normal ones, but doing normal
ones after you're used to inclined ones are a doddle. And
just do normal ones when I feel rough.

I used to do situps (alternating between crunches and normal
ones) too, but I've gotten lazy in my old age.

Doesn't stop me sneezing as soon as I arrive at work, for
the first quarter of an hour, though.
