I got a film from a friend (yes its a original copy) but I
want to make a fake slipcase for it, you know like the
front/back cover and all that... but want to make a
semi-decent one, anybody here know any templates or anything
similar to help me out? Thanks!

just take one of your existing dvd cases, trace it, do the
bends

get creative rephlex

nero has a template where you load an image and stretch it
to fit and print.
