Months actually.

As it's the first official day of advent, what are
everyone's favourite christmas songs - I'm planning on
making a CD for my girlfriend, as I can't be with her for
the holidays.

Hope you're all well - good to be back.

it's not a nothing thread - it's just that no one's bothered
to answer my opening question yet!

well.. the first 4 1/2 of them have been the same as before,
but then my civil duty ended, and now I'm living life large!

and who said that YOUR thread is nothing ? well, heres the
answer youre waiting for - i would go for some happy songs,
like Plone, Plaid, and some BoC maybe.

yeah - but i was thinking stuff which either is overtly
christmassy.. even novelty stuff - so long as it raises a
smile.

or decent music that has a wintery feel to it.

in this case i would go for
1 steve reich - his music is melancholic, a little sad, but
also hopefull. great for nice lazy christmas time and for
snowy evenings with some nice drink in hand.
2 lackluster - electronic asrtis of month for me, very nice
melodic sounds with light beat, excellent for chillin :)

Hello and welcome back!

I dont know if i have a favorite christmas song. I feel
overwhelmed this time of year by them. They are everywhere
you go. House, car, stores. I can tolerate them.

I hope things are going well for you! enjoy your stay!

that's a nice Christmas song
the louder you play it - the more it warms you up, which is
good in winter.
