i think it's great that warp wants to mix things up a little
bit...there are plenty of labels out that that sell the kind
of electronic/techno/so-called-IDM stuff that warp has
always been known for. why not branch out?

of course, there's also plenty (far more i would say) little
record labels, esp. in the US, pushing this brand of indie
rock. "franz ferdinand meets the strokes"? do i even want
to listen to this? rock critics suck. including me.
