Millenium- Begin
The Free Design- You Could Be Born Again
Sagittarius- Present Tense
The Comsat Angels- Waiting for a Miracle

First three because they are some of the best fag pop ever
and I keep hearing new hooks and themes. I'm just in love
with the girls in the Free Design. I don't see how much can
be better than the voices that come out of their mouths. The
last because it's so driving and bleek. Reaching Joy
Division stature in my mind as the songs attach themselves
to me. They're intense.

And I've been listening to Joan of Arc by Orchestral
Manouvres in the Dark every day for like 2 months... would
probably be my favorite Depeche Mode song if it was Depeche
Mode's.

I completely agree with "madvillainy" and "the queen is
dead." They're both albums i reeeeally like, and i haven't
got anywhere near tired of them yet. I would also add
to that list:

- John Coltrane - A Love Supreme
- Electrelane - The Power Out
- Dizzee Rascal - Boy In Da Corner
- Neko Case & Her Boyfriends - Furnace Room Lullaby
- Slint - Spiderland
- My Bloody Valentine - Isn't Anything
- The Books - Food For Thought
- Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Fever To Tell
- The Orb - Terrus Orbum
- PJ Harvery - Is This Desire
- Kenickie - Get In

...which basically reads as a list of albums i absolutely
love. Anyway, i'm still not tired of them at all. I could
listen to those records pretty much every day and still love
them.

If they'd used the correct latin, or whatever, that album
would be called Orbus Terranus - but they decided
against it as it would only invite derision.
