i've only listened to his full album today for the first

dm..

its ok, a promising solo debut with a 'hidden houses' being
the stand out track. Whilst I wouldn't buy 'paper monsters'
i'll definately be interested to see how his follow up is.

it's not too bad, but they fucked up on the order & choice.
it wouldv'e been much better to do some sort of
chronological order of "early" remixes on 1 cd, have the
best of the rest on another, perhaps the more club oriented
remixes mostly from the 90s, then have the 3rd cd as all new
mixes.

I haven't heard the complete album, the single is just ok,
maybe one of these days in some of my local DM fanclub
parties.

Yeah, the Counterfeit 2 is kind of boring

Also I don't like the new remixes (for the remixes
compilation), that by the Linkin Park guy is boring, even
the one that Ulrich Schnauss made.

What is your opinnion about Mark Bell behind the Exciter
final product? I've read some fans actually hate him, DM
needs Alan Wilder back... well, if they record a new album

dude, i don't know about mark bell or whatever, but exciter
had it's first single and i think that's about it that was
worth anything on that record.

a few tracks have leaked from new Gahan's album,
"hourglass". i can already say it's gonna be better than
"paper monsters" (which doesn't mean i think that album was
any good). and surely there's gonna be more energy than on
"playing the angel", alas

and "saw something" is a really lovely song

i've probably listened to DM more than anything else this
year. and i don't think it's even close, really. still
haven't taken a plunge into the solo stuff. good to hear
that it might be worth my time, yet.

a work of art ?? BACH!

The clip on song Saw Something has seen and has heard
from tens consecutive times. Has downloaded a song - I
listen to houses, on work, in the car... It seems To
me in this song all Dave...

DM fanbase is unique

haven't heard this song for years btw, and it's still NICE
to my earz

maybe now a new album from Gore or Gahan would let me/us
forget the so so SOTU ?
