I have often believed that the stuffed animal heads / hunting trophies that adorn the walls of stately home and the homes of the royal family are not hunting trophies, that is prior to the invention of pollyfilla whole animals were used to fill holes in walls, the head visible is the excess filla not removed during the antiquated DIY procedure |
