i've had a terrible headache for the second day in a
row...probably beacuse i haven't had much sleep in the last
two nights. could also be coz i was used to go ride a bike
every day, but since i feel of couple of weeks ago my knee
still hurts and i can't ride yet.

anyway, i trully feel sorry for all the people suffering
from migraine.

try taking things that contain acetaminophen, like benadryl,
theraflu. that shit should knock you out cold.

whenever i feel like shit. i try to get away from the a/c
rooms and electronics. just go outside sit down and let the
sun sink into my skin. not too much of ot though i always
try to find some shade. sometimes peace and quite could do
wonders.

acetaminophen is a pain killer. acetaminophen = tylenol.

it's the antihistamine in benadryl that makes you drowsy.

So like some allergy medicine or nyquil.

I had exactly the same thing from sunday to monday. try to
get away from the computer and shutdown the lights in the
house. I guess it will help, and proper medication
