i'm not much of a drinker but i've obtained a great
affinity for them. they go down so smoothly and the
aftertaste is marvelous.

i had no idea what it was called, it was a couple weeks ago
my friend told me to try some and it was so good. i usually
have corona's and they're good but nothing like some of the
dark beer i had. whatever it was i liked. the problem is
they're a bit expensive probably because they're imported.

I don't drink beer; can we talk sour candy? I'm a master of
that domain.

ChildrenTalking is pretty sweet, and certainly
indefatigable. Imagine the board these days otherwise.

Yes, dark beers (such as Porter or Stout or Brown Ales)
are terrific. Beer has just as much, if not more, variation
and gastronomic qualities as wine. I prefer beer.

I like this thread. I like dark lagers, Augsburger being my
personal favorite. Tenderly delicious!

I am more of a stout guy myself. Dogfish having the best
stout in my opinion. But at a close second we would have New
Glarus.

I've had many a dark lager.

Try Warsteiner Dunkel, it was my first dark and a great
place to start off if you havent had many darks. From there
i would suggest Spatan Optimator. Usually German beers are
good dark beers.

Im a Murphys Draft man myself.

I can't drink many at a time tho , my stomach says no.
But two or three is nice and the move on to lighter beers.

If you're ever in Montreal the chocolate stout at Brutopia
is not to be believed. Also the nut-brown ale and scotch ale
- they also have an assortment of girl beers for girls, like
raspberry blonde and honey ale. You may think the chocolate
stout sounds like a girl drink but you'd be wrong.
