Britons fear spiders more than terrorist

Fucking christ, at least SOMEONE has their priorities
straight. Fuck, why don't they have 'driving' on that poll?
It's probably the most dangerous thing you'll ever do. All
this fear-mongering is ridiculous. Oh, and people are
dumbshits (Except for Britain).

I'm not from Britain, so I don't know whether to be
surprised or not. But it must be a surprise for someone to
be a headline on an American news site.

Can anyone here HONESTLY say that they actually have a fear
of terrorists? What the fuck? Unless you're from Isreal or
something? And to have that fear be #1 on your list of
fears? That's just plain idiotic.

I don't have a fear of terrorists, but if I were living in
New York and taking the sub way twice a day. Or a frequent
flyer between major cities. Then, yes, I'd be concerned..
Fuck, I'm already afraid to fly , anyway. I am of course
more concerned about driving safely, though

i live in DC and take the subway daily. not at all afraid of
"terrorists", or freedom fighters as we like to call them
when we're setting up the operations.

''visit to the dentist came in sixth place, followed by
needles and injections, and fear of public speaking''

I sympathize with these poor people.

But I can't believe ghosts fared so poorly. What can a
spider do to you that a bitter, telekinetic ghost can't?
Christ.

something about how the guy doing the eulogy would rather be
in the coffin

Osama can't climb through my drainage system and wander
across my face at 3am.

i remember a thread on here that had a picture of a gigantic
spider behind a wall clock. thing looked like it could eat a
small child, or a midget.

The idea of an airplane ripping in half like a coke can at
30 thousand feet scares me. I don't care who does it. I hate
flying.

the idea of god actually existing scares me.

I mean, if so, he did something very, very wrong.

zaphod. You ride the metro in DC and don't worry? Are you
rationalizing that the odds are in your favor? Are you
trusting the goverment to protect you? Were you concerned
about the DC snipers? It can't happen to everyone, but not
everyone lives in DC and rides the metro. I
