I too love Geik muchly. The melody is great and I love the transition towards the end. My favourite Autechre melody would have to be the one that comes in at around 3:15 in Maphive 6.1 with 1 repetition. It is absolutely stunning. |

gelk is definitely one of my favourite ae songs. and i am very picky on my ae. the song just got into my mind this morning when i was going to work. the first signs of winter are coming and it had been -5C during the night, so the grass and trees had frost in them, and some of the trees were dripping water. the sun shone and there was a flock of geese too. also the river water was warmer than the air and mist was rising. it was very nice and reminded me of this song. (silly rant) |
