Actually this could be possible. You would need a small team
of guys at like 3-4am. Perhaps a taller box truck could be
stood on while it is removed somehow.

Man you'd have to be fast. Rochester Rd. exit is right
before that sign (heading south on I-75) and believe me,
it's one of the busiest (2 busiest, with Big Beav. right
after it) exits in that stretch...... but we could do it.

yeah thats why you would want at least 5. Plus if you had
(for example) a U-Haul truck it could be moved in the back
of the truck and you could stand on top of that.

It's not like you could use a welding torch though, too long
of time and not possible. Perhaps lock cutters could be
improvised upon. Also bring wrenches.

Actually this needs planning. Take a pic of the back of the
