You have to just wait it out, man. My 'eustachian tubes' are
apparently a lot narrower than normal so I get this shit all

usually a small 'click' which is the passageway to the ears
opening up. you should be able to do that without
swallowing (like when you yawn), relaxing the jaw, opening
the throat
