it was a long day then i guess.... no matter how long my day
was and how early i woke up. i never sleep before 2-3. i
like sleeping though and wouldn't mind going to bed earlier
but i end up just lying there feeling better than i did at
lunchtime.

i was talking to key secret, just joshin though! :) its
actually quite early here in the east coast, just about 8.
too early to go to bed. if i did i'd wake up in the middle
of the night. i do take naps sometimes especially right
after lunch. it has something to do with the yeast or
something. i'm like going to sleep while eating my sandwich.

yes apparently tricky recovered from a serious condition
after having taken advice from a food expert. he couldn't
take dairy products or something. also bono from u2 can't
handle an enzyme in white whine, it makes him sleepy. lots
of people react strangely to yeast.

i thought it was a bit early.

can you believe it we're not talking about history or
politics!

civics/social studies were enforced in every school
curriculum what can i say... anywho nice tidbit. i found it
quite interesting. i also think its lack of exercise that
causes me to become so unenergetic at times. i need to start
wearing my sweat bands and nylon overalls and start pumping
it with jane fonda if i know whats good for me.

i bit the tit?

the same time?!!!!!!!!!! :) :p thats cool though. i was
thinking of pumping iron while practicing on my
schwartzanegger accent.

....and also badmington, it makes a great all rounder.

so, yank humour aside, what does: "anywhoo nice tidbit"
mean?
i'm sorry i have tried but i'm still unsure...

as in politics is important but it doesn't run my life but i
found your information on the after effects of carb.
consumption quite interesting. i dont know why people find
me to be so mean. i'm really not :( i'm like a teddy bear
thats lost his way but is willing to hitch hike for the
right price.

i don't find you to be mean. i actually get more frustrated
with the difficulty to fully go through things in such
topics. it's near impossible. i'm sure if the same
conversation was had between a few of us in a cafe
somewhere, it would be much more comfortable.

people dont understand where i come from. they dont know
what my family has gone through. they sacraficed everything
they had to flee a communist regime, like cuba. the only
thing you find there are streets turn to ruin and heaps of
garbage about 10 ft tall; buildings collapsing, the men and
women spend most of their day drinking alcohol to repress
their agony. others find conservative's in a capitalistic
nation to be demonic, but have no idea what other people
have suffered in other countries aside from the U.S. they
just dont care. funny thing is if i spent most of my time
caring what other people thought life would suck. i'm proud
to be an american. i'm not conservative and nor am i a
liberal/democrat. i am the outcome of a generation of
experience- my parents sacrafices and teachings :)

sure. you are not alone on this planet. but you have to be a
chameleon to then be neutral and speak about certain issues.
believe you me i could raise your eyebrows with my
background....

my dad came here not knowing the language. my mother lost
her first born during the boat trip coming to the states. he
came here only with the shirt on his back. currently my
parents make about a middle wage income about 50K now. since
then they've been working trying to support us and my other
family in cuba which is about 3 families. its a struggle's i
tells ya. thats why i feel freedom should reign throughout
the entire world "infect it like a virus" how my good friend
santana once said i think thats who said it hahah god that
guys a loon. oh sorry to throw all this load on you theres
no other way to explain it.

crazy me... hahah... good thing I left the pub early
yesterday.
first drunken posting to be made, by me, for over half a
year I think.

anyway in the awesome industrial technohardcore track
"Proceed Manually" by Void Settler there's a sample "...
that she didn't rape me"... and I was listening to it last
night getting hyped.
It's really pumping.
