I want to get some comfortable headphones for listening to
music at home, anyone know if these are any good, they are
similar to the ones in Lost In Translation.

triport

any other reccomendations? I don't want to spend much over
£100 ($280)

not to seem rude but there are quite a few lengthy threads
on headphones.

personally i couldn't spend that much money on them.

i received some quiet comfort 2's for a gift some time ago,
and i think they are a total waste of money, especially for
home listening. The sound quality really isn't great,
especially for that price. The only thing they do well is
cancel noise, but they do it by creating white noise or
something. You said you bought some shure e2c's...do they
sound pretty good? I just bought some shure e3c's off ebay,
so im going to sell the bose headphones. Buy some AKG's
instead.

yeah the sure e2c's are great, excelent sound quality, they
can be a little uncomfortable with the silicone earpiece
though, the foam is much more comfortable and gives a better
seal.

I just want to get some headphones that will be comfortable
for long periods and give great sound quality... the bose
triport are meant to be good, i'll have a look around
though.
