what a well thought out political protest

*sigh*

just heard on the radio they've now dropped the footage in
order to "avoid offending republicans amongst their
audience"

from bad to worse

i dont know if you heard about this but linda ronstadt(sp?)
she was boo'ed off stage and the audience vandalized
somewhat the place where she sings at because she made a
tribute to moore in one of her songs. the hotel management
in where she was playing had to drop her because she was
making the people upset. whoopi goldberg was dropped as the
spokes(wo)men by slimfast for making a crude joke about the
president. people just dont take like to anti american
rhetoric of any kind, unless its in good taste. its a
dangerous minefield one decides to make if you have access
to the media.

Ozzy's changed his tune a bit, last I saw he was blowing
kisses at Dubya just for mentioning his name

absolutely.. did you not get that impression in the run up
to the war?
you're perfectly within your rights to excercise freedom of
speech.. but if you don't agree with bush to the letter then
you're unamerican, anti-american, and (as bush says god is
on his side) against god.
oh, and if you disagree with bush in any way you're a
terrorist sympathiser.. at least, that's the way it seems.
