Is there anything else out there like this, only better?
Its pretty good as far as typical d'nb goes, but maybe there
is another artist out there doing the same thing, only using
more interesting upbeat sounds and/or better melodies? No
drill/idm please, but just a really chill d'nb producer who
just knows how to keep it real phat and interesting.

Most guys on Good Looking Records are amazing.

Definetly my favorite label at the moment.

I recommend:
Greenfly - "Electrofusion" (the future of electronic
music!)
the entire Earth series - Earth Volume One is my favorite I
think.
Blu Mar Ten reminds me of Big Bud sometimes.
Blame.
Seba - "So Long" (very chilled - classic)
Laroque and Matizz are two new artists who are both very
deep and interesting - But with this cleaner, newer jazzy
sound.
Nu Sounds is a good compilation - Just a showcase of the new
intelligent d&b, house, funk, etc...
And the Studio X-series is the best for intelligent.

I find the Bukem DJ sets the most satisfying - Promised Land
vol2 is a real classic - It's on slsk - Very deep and
minimal breakbeat/d&b.

Good Looking Records

incorporates native folk songs.
very abstract production !

label for that.
