Arti goes up to the next woman, some time later "Can I Have
$1?" he asks... "No" says the woman, So Arti chokes her to
death!!!
Arti goes up to a third woman, asks the same question, but
yet again he is turned down, so Arti chokes another woman to
death...

in the newspaper the next day the headline read...
