Hippies are some of the most intensely crabby unhappy people I've ever met. They cover it up with shallow hypocritical crap like always talking about love and hugging. They are also intensely hierarchical - in any given hippie hive, there will be a pyramidal structure with a king hippie at the top and various vice-regents beneath him. There are never hippie queens because hippies are misogynistic patriarchs - a woman's social worth is determined by the man she fucks most often (and/or by her willingness to put out to random males). Also they smell bad, cook badly, have bad taste in music and have strong political and environmental opinions despite their almost total ignorance of politics and science - hippie "wisdom" mostly being gleaned from alternative weeklies, free Hare Krishna pamphlets and science fiction novels. |
