hello mr tolstoyed. i have risen from my internet-deprived
tomb to live again!

only a matter of time before they catch me again, however.
discretion is paramount.

My tip is to keep Outlook maximised in the background and
whenever you feel someone might be looking just select that
and be like "yep, just checking some emails..... yep".

oh i got that covered. don't think the peeps in my office
will notice, apart from the suspicious drop in my work
output.

however, the IT people are monitoring my access all the
time. my new strategy is - when reading a page/thread, copy
it all and dump it into ms word, then close my internet
connection for a couple of minutes.

it's time-consuming, but then getting a lot done in my
workday has clearly never been much of a priority for me.

rule britannia!

That's crazy, the company I work doesn't have any kind of
monitoring thing set up which is good because I would be
fucked otherwise.

thing :)

the 'company' i work for is the 3rd largest employer in the
world, after the chinese army and the indian transport
service.

I post on here as much as I like... when my boss comes over
and says something I say "Fuck you bitch, get outta my face
before I REALLY get angry!!"... and he listens... you need
to put your boss in his place... make him your bitch!

i work for the NHS (british national health service), as a
medical secretary.

i suppose at the top of the public sector hierarchy is the
prime minister, so - technically - tony blair is my boss.
and he's already taken. don't think g dubya would appreciate
me appropriating his bitch.

'don't take steal the bitch of a guy with a large stockpile
of intercontinental ballistic weaponry' has got to be some
kind of golden rule.

sector have it the easiest...they salary is shit, but they
at least don't have to work...i bet they're spending all
their working hours on the internet :)

funkmaster, they'll spoil you in holland...don't stay there
for too long.
