I was on the road driving with some friends. I look to my left and there's this huge tornado in the field at a 'safe' distance. I just stare in awe. Then it gets closer. The wind is blowing wildly the car starts to spin. The tornado goes right on top if us. I just see blue and wind. The door rips off and I start to get sucked out but someone grabs my hand. I close my eyes and the tornado dissapears. It's a sunny day.

I had a dream that I was at the Glade, and I was trying to pull marlowe, but he was infatuated with a guy that looked a bit like George Doors =os
He was coming over to his tent (which was more like a house) and marlowe had been shopping and was stressing about the mess cause this guy was coming over !
NB == George Doors is the guy on the left for those who don;t know =oD

i was in this open desert with about a thousand people around me, all these asteroids were shooting into earths orbit, they started getting more until it was raining asteroids, the next thing i know there is this wall of fire coming towards us, everyone runs (including myself) but to no avail, the wall overtakes us and everything started getting really warm and comfortable. i must have disintegrated because that's where the dream ended.

i have nightmares all the time, every night.
the last one i remember:
i was on the train going home from uni, but i was sitting right up with the train drivers and i remember thinking that they lookked a little odd. And they kept driving and didnt stop at any of the stations that they were supposed to. We ended up in america somehow and there were people standing on the train tracks and he ran them over and kept going.
in my dream there seemed to be a law that if you killed a certain amount of people then the police would kill you, it was called "crossing your orange line." Anyway, he went to the next station and there was about 50 people laying down on the tracks sleeping, all lined up. And he hesitated and then mowed them all down and i was totally freaking out. Then someone said "you crossed your orange line man!" and he stopped the train, and then decided to make a runner when the sirens went off. So i quickly dived out the door and was lost in american train stations.
The train station was heaps dark and scary, and not many people were around but all the dead people on the tracks. And i spent ages trying to find the platform that would take me back to australia. I was freaking out.
I finally found it and on the train i started listening to some of my own music, and this girl asked me if she could llisten. So we listened to music together and went into the city and she went home.
I keep having dreams where my girlfriend is cheating on me, but its allways right infront of my face, as if she is trying to upset me. And i wake up feeling more depressed than i usually do, and its really sad. I have them once a week.
I also keep having dreams where my friends and I are getting chased and stuff. And it always ends up that one or more of my friends gets killed.
I have gotten to the point where i am scared to go to sleep.

I have a record of most of my dreams. I'd say about 90% are either outright scary or have an ominous undertone of fear. Dreams are still cool though.

The worst nightmare i've had in a while involved me taking someone i know on a tour of a bakery near my house. He was serving behind the counter, at which point he pissed himself and started crying. It was so pathetic, i've never looked at him the same way. I felt so depressed when i woke up.
Ridiculous really, it sounds funny but it was so, so horrible.

God, I had a nightmare just this morning. But I've already forgotten exactly what happened, blast it. I tend to forget my dreams really quickly, no matter how much I think about them immediately after I wake up. Anybody else have this problem? I need to write them down.
I know I was being hunted.

Wow, that is weird, I had exactly the same dream a few months ago. I actually died in the dream along with everyone else, it was a very strange feeling, in an instant I must have gone through 20 emotions, ending in acceptance.

sorry to be a stickler, but since i work for a polyp prevention study, i thought i would do a public service and note that childrentalking would be more accurately described as a cancerous "polyp" on the "colon" of humanity.
as part of the study, i've created a cartoon character called jolly polyp. he wears a beret and holds a martini, for reasons unknown. watch for the upcoming debut of my cancer prevention comic, "jolly polyp gives the bum's rush to cancer." the first issue is called "bottums up!" good, and good for you...

i'm not here to condemn, only to inform.
after all, hyperplasticity is in the forceps of the endoscopist, i always say...

i had a dream i was dying but i was still alive and i guess my heart had stopped beating or something. it was in first-person perspective (through my eyes) and i could see doctors doing stuff which (i assumed) was what they do right before you are dying. i felt sleepy and like my energy was being drained away, and sort of like i was on the gas that they have at dentists (nitrous oxide, i think). during the dream i kept thinking that this was it, that everything i wanted to or should have done had better be done cause there wasn't a second chance. it probably sounds dumb now but at the time it was really powerful. when i woke up i started crying and my heart was beating at least twice the normal rate. when i looked in a mirror my face was really pale.
i was wondering if it is possible for dreams to actually control things like your heart rate, cause in the dream i knew it was stopped, then i thought it might be trying to compensate by beating very fast when i woke up. but i don't know anything about anatomy and psychology or whatever it might be.

a.p., i'm home on a mac and can't use the followup feature.
maybe your question was rhetorical, nevertheless...
what i meant was, that only the endoscopist who is surveying the colon in question and handling, as it were, the polyp with said forceps can be expected to render a meaningful opinion about whether or not said polyp represents a hyperplastic, or neoplastic, growth. in other words, a novel and clinically scatalogical expression of the cliché "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." unfortunately, not only is the analogy not exactly true, since the polyp in question will have to analyzed after removal to determine hyperplasticity, but the reference was apparently too obscure to render the mild humor comprehensible. true too, that i don't always say what i say i always say.
sorry 'bout tha'!
