Great compilation! I always frowned upon those compilation CD's, but with my last purchase, rephlexions, i changed my mind. It's a great way to discover new artists. Though, after hearing an excellent track of someone, the album of the artist isn't always that great (so it's not always a good indication of how an artist sounds), but they sure picked the right tracks to get my attention. Recommended! |

it's quite cool indeed, although shitmat really proves to be shit and patrick wolf tries proves to be a weak imitator of JAroen rombouts, the compilation overall is quite decent. i discovered some new (to me at least) artists thx to this compilation, like for instance ambulance, subjex, electronic music composer and julian fane, the venetian snares track remix is also nice i'd recommend it too :) |
