hmmm... of those i've only ever really heard Underworld... and as far as i'm concerned those boys are practically peerless... but something is telling me to recommend Primal Scream, as a band capable of carrying out, to the fullest degree, that vicious production style you can often associate with underworld... Primal Scream has used Andrew Weatherall as a producer at times... so maybe you should also check out his older work in Sabres of Paradise, his pre-two-lone-swordsman band... and possible some of TLS's earlier albums... as far as good techno is concerned... i'd definitely recommend just about anything by Cristian Vogel... Dungeon Master is great, so are a lot of his older albums... and his work with Jamie Lidell in Super_Collider could be considered a nephew to Underworld's vocal techno sound... a very unruly nephew, but a nephew alll the same... other than that maybe check stuff by Frank Bretschneider, both under his own name, and as Komet... although now i'm stretching it a little...

Juno Reactor - Pistolero is a lot of fun... Fluke did a remix of it too I believe, so there's your connection right there. Of course, Ben Watkins collaborated on the Matrix music too so that's another nice touch.
An enjoyable thing I go by is to see which compilations the artists you mentioned are listed on, and then see who are the other artists in the mix.
There are other artists Ken Ishii is linked to in the Japanese techy scene, for some reason their names elude me now but yeah. (Maybe check out other earlier R&S records releases?)
Primal Scream is psychadelically diverse. Haven't listened to them in awhile, but all this talk of "Underworld" and "Fluke" is bringing me back to "electronica" circa late-90s and memories of playing Wipeout. :)
Cheers.
