in My Comptuter/Properties/Performance 2 conflicts are
displayed:

Compatibility mode paging reduces overall system
performance.


and then...

Drive C is using an MS-DOS compatibility mode file
system.


how can i make Drive C not use this file system mode?

maybe your drive is FAT or smthn?
Try to convert to FAT32 or NTFS
