have you everr had any trrouble with them? (and i don't
need the i don't use amazon it's shit and you'rre a
fool
talk)

just i shop with them all the time. they ain't too cheap but
they'rre no hassle, 'til now. my orrderr is 3 days overrdue
and i need it forr monday. thrree days it nothing though, i
don't know if i should e-mail them yet orr what.

theirr help page says ask the post office is they've trried
deliverr it, but i'm not going to waste my time asking, it's
a CD forr chrrist's sake, they've neverr had trrouble
falling thrrough my letterr box in the past. i just don't
want amazon to say 'did you ask at the post office'.

anyway, if you werre me, what would you do... i'm in a bit
of a turrmoil. can't think clearr.

i'd wait, not much else to do
if it's a present give your own copy of it away instead,
more personal

I havent had any problems with amazon at all

I had a problem with firebox.com wich has only just been
resloved though so maybe there's something up with the post

I had an order wich was about 20days overdue. The re sent
the order through and it came like 3 days later

You may as well mail them, can't do any harm. If it's a
problem at their end then it'll get sorted faster, if not,
then at least you tried.

mate, i dunno if you know but Royal Mail have been shit for
months

it's most probably Royal Mail's fault

get in touch with them, but make sure that you have some
kind of tracking number from amazon - they usually use a
"Signed For" service, which has to have a tracking number.

Royal Mail should be able to at least track it for you

yes they should be able to

also do what pOgO did, that is a very good idea.

someone new to your local sorting office might have fucked
up somewhere and took it back to base or something

try to get as much info on the tracking stuff as possible
though, because it'll help sort things out quicker and
easier (that's if Royal Mail will be co-operative)
