Work. I don't have any scheduled summer holiday so I will
have to arrange something out of the 10 days that I have
left. 10 days for 3 months. Life sucks.

yeah, shit like that sucks! I'm leaving on sunday for
roskilde, but that's the only holiday I'll get this year...
about 10-14 days...

At home, doing nothing. Holidays have started. Moodswings
too.

10 days for three months - that's what I have, too.
Actually, it's 10 days for the year, not counting New Year
and some of national holidays. Those people who have worked
here for more than a year, can have two weeks of paid
holidays, others, like me, have only one week.So I have to
use weekends as much as i can. life sucks, i agree.

10 days for the YEAR?!

I'm halfway through my civil duty service, and we get as
many days as the regular army man.. we get 22 or something
for the entire year (not counting national holidays).

Yes. This year i will have only a week of holidays. With two
weekends it is 7+2=9<10 days oh fuck. Next year, if I
work here still, i'll have twice more time to rest, but
that's still a few. If one wants to rest, he should retire,
spend earned money for a month or so, then apply for another
job. Or be self-employed...

year.
ive only got 18 months left on €800 so i might start
looking for work soon. :)

maybe your dole in Holland is more than my salary in
Ukraine:) and no dole we have here.

[vlaams blok mode on]

thats why our country is flowing over with people that come
to live here just for the dole

[vlaams blok mode off]

yeah it really is bigger. much bigger. But you have to pay
more for everyday living. 800 euros is a very big salary for
Ukraine, one can be happy if he earns this. It's not enough
to buy a house or flat for example, but enough to rent a
good flat and live in kind of wealth.

yeah. once my two friends who sang in a choir went to
Netherlands for two weeks with that choir, earned 400 euros
and were extatic, bought themselves a good computer. I asked
them if they gothere one more time, they should take me with
them. But that's not gonna happen. Haven't seen them for a
year.

but then again,
one of the real reasons i am here is because i have green
fingers and where i am from (liverpool) at the time it was
very shady to even have a couple of plants but here i have
no bother.
