Don't worry my clown fish died today.... I didn't have money to get a protein-skimmer. 24$ (about 19US) simply dissapeared and went to heavens.... It was my first attempt to have a salt-water aquarium. So there you can put your mind at ease.... unless you believe in ghosts of dead animals. |

I can;t sleep either. Got a whole load of shit going round in my head. I have never before been like this. I seem to get maximum 4 hours then I wake up adn lie there for a few hours. It sucks major balls. |

i can just about get to sleep the problem is it is always fractured, so the amount of REM I am getting is very low. My mind is running on empty. |
