I've got a problem; Lately I'm so lazy it gets me in the
way; I'm fucking up school cause I'm to lazy to study, I
almost don't visit my friends anymore cause I'm to lazy, I'd
rather call them, I've got some hardware but I'm to lazy to
buy the right gear to hook it on to my comp, I've got loads
of vynil but I'm to lazy to change it everytime, so I play
cd's. I like to paint, or airbrush, but I'm to lazy to
start, etc etc etc.

anyone else has this problem? someone got some good advise
to get rid of this lazyness?

games arent that passive) do you in

don't smoke too much fucking pot. Oh shit this kills
motivation like you don't even fucking know. Half my friends
are fucking couch potatoes these days.

The worst is they're stuck in limbo - they can't be fucked
moving yet they can't sleep

Just BE lazy, fuck. You're only here for 70-90 years, maybe
less. Don't waste your time building up your empire, it's
going to crumble eventually anyway, sooner than you think.

No. I disagree with Ophecks totally!!! I used to be all
lazy, but im happy for myself that i got out of it. So heres
some tips:

1: Eat right + remember to drink lots of water. You can lose
up to 20% of your daily energy, if you dont drink enough
water! Get lots of non processed fresh vegetables, and
fruit. Vitamins and those fish oil capsules are also great.
Buy some books on the subject. (And it tastes better to...
youll have more fun eating!!!) (BTW, for breakfeast i
reccomend some low fat yoghurt natural (With no flavor) with
some assorted fruit sliced on top (i use a banana, half an
apple and a kiwi fruit) This is an energy bomb in itself!!!

2: Excersise. Now, i guess youre sort of the same type as
me, not into sports like soccer and any like, "team" sports.
So i reccomend either running (i do) or doing a little
excersise program. Look up "Jack Lallane" on the internet,
he inspired me. (An 86 year old guy that gets up at 5 in the
morning and does 2 hours of excersise... every day!!!) You
could also take up martial arts because its: Good excersise,
and boosts your confidence. Im gonna take it up as soon as i
move to the city. Anyway, if you decide to do one of these
things, investigate. For example, to run, you have to have a
decent pair of shoes. Excersising, you might think, wont
that drain me even more? no, thats the point. After a run,
you feel like truly waking up, and being fresh. Nothing
beats this, and youll become addicted.

So just remember, nobody is forcing you, its you thats being
lazy, you have the problem , you must solve it. Doing what i
said will make you a fresh, energetic, healthy and slim
person. You can do it.... why not!?!? give me one good
reason!!!

Really hope this helps, cause i used to be excatly like
you...

TNX Dirtypriest and all the others who posted helpfull
replies. My plans are the following; I'm gonna excersice
again by running, I started running last summer but gave up
after a week, still got some good shoes but i can remember i
felt great after I had ran a few miles. I'm going to drink
more water instead of beer and I'll also have to cut into my
pot abuse. My eating habbits are already oke for the
veggiepart, i'm a vegetarian. Also I'm not going to be
around here as much as I did, that will be the thoughest
part, but for some people a relief; i'm going to focus more
on making music and finishing school and visit my friends. I
will keep you informed how things are going, you can also
visit the crazone information thread where horsefactory
tells you more about my daily activities :)

Sounds like youre on the right track.
Ofcourse, Pot is the biggest lazy factor there is. Start
running and cut pot, and youll be the bomb!

Check out that Jack Lallane guy, hes so extreme its funny,
but also very inspirational. I printed out a little collage
i made with him and its hanging beside my bed, so if i see
his happy crazy face, im inspired to do some push ups or
just be active. Try getting some good habbits of cykling to
work/school whatever you do, if youre waiting somewhere,
stretch, or walk around. Take the stairs, not the elevator.
So on, the usual stuff. Just remember that your body is the
only machine in the world that gets better the more you use
it. Looking out for your body is almost relegious. Except,
noone will help you in this, its your responsibility. Thats
what its all about: Taking responsibility, discipline. Its
good with some discipline in life. When you achieve all your
goals, theres nothing to have a guilty concience about,
because i feel its killing you, you dont enjoy being
lazy...
Good luck with your new life!
