I never listened Fennesz so I'm asking you which album is
his best? Fennesz got more votes than Jega in the Xltronic
Championship, so I'm really curious to listen his music
now.
Give me some advice.

\/\/.

'Endless Summer' and 'Venice' is a good place to start ...
they're the more accessable records by mr. Fennesz ...

Start with his latest, and work yoursef backwards, to the
beautiful Hotel Paral.lel. The opposite direction of Ae. The
most accessible is his newest stuff, and the first record,
are most "hard to get"

i hope everyone who is a fan of fennesz has heard his stuff
in Fenn'oBerg... it's an excellent collaboration between
him, Jim O'Rourke, and Pita Rehberg... ya gots yr noise, yr
"fenneszian" drones of lovelieness, and some real
interesting classical samples from O'Rourke... in
particularThe Return of Fenn O'Berg is quite, quite sweet... for some
reason that amg link says it's from 2004, but that's
bullshit... it was released in '02... here's
anotherreview

Fennesz is a recent discovery for me - I have Endless Summer
and Venice, and I love them both.

HMV told me Endless Summer is out of print though. wtf?

Gotta be Endless Summer. I love the ringy dingy acoustic
guitar in the title track. This album is a tough nut to
crack, though...
