if one part of your body follows the golden ratio, the rest of your body does as well.. if the ratio of your upper and lower part of your body (above and below belly-button) is golden, so is the rest of the available ratios on your body, and vice-versa. If the joints on your fingers are in the golden ratio, so is the rest of your body.
