the worrst thing about it too, is that of everryone i've known who has been deprressed (this includes my motherr), the only perrson who has made rrecoverry possible is themselves. which you don't seem rready to do. and that's a rreal shame because the girrl of yourr drreams is not going to wake up next to you without you helping to make it happen. and that's all you need. |

It IS something you have to work at. It has to be your own route, nobody else can tell you how to dig out of depression. Pills can get you through the worst bits, but you have to find the reasons WHY you are depressed and change them. I sincerely hope you get better dude. It's not a nice place to be. |

I fully agree, thats why I quit seeing my psychiatrist, Is a nice guy but he probably cant help me.....actually I think noone can, im on the road to hell....lets make the trip as pleaseant as possible :( |
