just got back...im glad i went...and i was thinking of not
going. this sure was excellent! im not the biggest plaid
fan, but it sounded very good, at least the songs when they
don't use that old sounding synth melodies...the beats were
pretty fantastic. i was totally surprised how excellent the
sound system was...and it was an open air gig, but probably
one of the best sound systems i have ever heard. the video
projections were also fantastic (thanks to bob hehe). i will
sure appreciate plaid more now!! :)
(btw, i recorded about 9 minutes of it - with digital
camera, so the sound quality is very weak, and it was very
dark so you can't see much, but it get's better in the last
5 minutes...maybe this would be appreciated by hardcore
fans)

yeah, im not used to setup like that either...usually every
gig i go to only have one shitty big screen in the
back...but this was pretty good, i'd prefer if those tv
screens were used for showing different stuff tho...and
there were two big screens in the back (the pic makes you
think it was only one...), showing identical stuff. it was
still nice tho, they really have excellent animations/vids,
very related to music they play...

What's wrong with old synths? At least old school
electronic music was more original IMO.

well, i've been a plaid fan since i can't remember when, but
then i kind of lost the interest in their music. i have
pretty much every album, except for spokes, but i'll most
likely get that one now :)

im listening to that vid i recorded now...im begining to
feel sorry i was shooting in 640x480 cuz i run out of memory
too fast, i mean it would be nice if there was something to
see but unfortunately it was too dark. anyway, the sound is
weak, but those melodies sound pretty fantastic, kind of
trippy...shame it was too loud tho, coz the bass and drum
sounds are pretty messed up :(

here is a screenshot of the video tolstoyed made, it is the
brightest shot of the video,

I could make the video a bit brighter tho, but it makes no
sence because some lights and some visuals will lighten up
more, but still no ed and andy ;)

that turned out nice :) unfortunately it was totally dark,
and on top of it all the focus kept changing...ahh...good to
see at least something come out from those 8 minuts :)

crazone, their music still doesn't excite me all that much,
but im sure more impressed than i used to be :)

ack. i'd like to have that.

but no internet for my computer at the moment...

would it be possible for me to bother you about it
later-ish?

ofcourse (im sharing it, and im always on slsk)...but as i
said, there's not much to see, and the sound is very
disorted (the melodies are clear tho :) )...i can see it
pretty good on tv though, it's dark, but at least i can see
their silhouettes :)

aesthetics was able to make that picture look so bright
because someone else took a photo of them using flash while
i was recording...
